Step 1. Extract iTunes Backup

After launch the iPhone data recovery program on computer, go to "Recover from iTunes Backup", then you will see all iTunes backup files  in the interface as a list, choose the one contain the deleted document and click "Start Scan" to start extract iTunes backup.

When the extract process is over, you can click "Documents" in the left panel of the software, then view all documents and click "Recover" buttont to download it to computer.

Selectively Restore iPhone Documents from iCloud Backup

Step 1. Login iCloud Backup and Extract iCloud Backup

After you run the iPhone data recovery program, switch to "Recover from iCloud Backup" option, the software will require you to enter the Apple ID and password to sign in iCloud account, just do that as require. After that, the software will list all iCloud backup for you in the interface, choose the one you need to click "Download" button to get it to computer, then click "Scan" button to extract iCloud backup.

Step 2. Preview and retrieve documents

When the extract is completed, you can tap "Documents" category on the left side and choose all document you need, click "Recover" button to  download them to computer. If you need to recover other files like photo, video, contacts, text messages, call logs, notes, whatsapp and more, click related data type in the left panel and get data back.
